Sometimes they get 3 more experience, full plate upgrade (Teutonics) and weapons upgrade. Now comes the 2nd part - I then send them to Hamburg where I have a big Armour Factory, Tourney Field and a Swordsmith Guild.

Now it comes the "bug" part - sometimes if I retrain them they get 3 experience (Teutonic or Gothic) but most of the times they don't. In the retrain list I can see them there. After producing them they came with no armor upgrade and no experience. I produce Teutonic and Gothic Knights in Prague where I have the Teutonic Order and King's Stables but a weak Blacksmith and the Tourney Fields. More experience - you need (for HRE) Jousting Lists or Tourney Fields (for mounted knights) More weapons - you need a Swordsmith Guild More armor - you need a armor building producing better armor More soldiers - if a unit is depleted you need to be in a place producing them (here I agree you need a Guild for Teutonics) to get them back to full strenght Wrong!
